Master Sgt. Tarah Goodman, liaison noncommissioned officer, 1st Infantry Division Resolute Support Sustainment Brigade (RSSB), receives the Meritorious Service Medal from Brig. Gen. Howard Geck, deputy commanding general, 1st Theater Sustainment Command (TSC) operational command post (OCP), during a ceremony at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Oct. 14, 2019. Geck presented this award to Goodman to recognize her for the support she provided to Operations Resolute Support and Freedom’s Sentinel.
