Senior Airman Matthew Parker, 407th Expeditionary Communications Squadron (ECS), feeds fiber cable into a ditch during an install, July 31, on Ali Air Base, Iraq. Cable Dogs from the ECS laid more than 1200 feet of fiber and copper cable to allow a new unit to move into a renovated building on the base.
