Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 74, place concrete into a 32-foot by 41-foot pad for a "Seabee Technical Trainer" facility at Naval Construction Battalion Center Gulfport, Miss. Scheduled for completion this summer, the facility will enable Seabee battalions to conduct training specific to their deployment missions' demands by improving their construction skills in concrete formwork, concrete finishing, masonry, subterranean utilities, carpentry, pre-engineered building fabrication, overhead power lines, interior finishing, and steel fabrication.
