U.S. Marine Corps Lt. Col. David Stevens, Force Ammunition Officer with U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, counts pallets of ammunition with a Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) service member during the first-ever transaction between U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific and the RBAF at Brunei International Airport, Oct. 4, 2019. U.S. Marine Corps Forces, Pacific, in coordination with the U.S. Embassy Brunei, conducted a $1.9 million sale of ammunition, made possible by the ten-year Acquisition and Cross-Serving Agreement (ACSA) between Brunei and the United States. ACSA allows the U.S. armed forces to conduct the military-to-military exchange of logistics and supply services with Brunei and enhances interoperability between the two militaries.
