Brig. Gen. Mark Landes, the Security Force Assistance Command (SFAC) commander, and Brig. Gen. Charles Masaracchia, the 3rd Security Force Assistance Brigade (SFAB) commander, salute the 3rd SFAB during the casing ceremony on Fort Hood, Oct. 17, 2019.
