A Combined Joint Task Force – Operation Inherent Resolve (CJTF-OIR) instructor shows Iraqi Counter Terrorism Service (CTS) students how to take a suspect to the ground while training near Baghdad, Iraq, Sept. 30, 2019. This was part of urban operations training covering personnel search and detainee procedures.
