U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Roberts, of 2nd Battalion, 5th Marine Regiment, 1st Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force, coaches a female police officer during a weapons training exercise at the pistol range on Joint Security Station Iron in Al Ramadi, Iraq, July 28. The female officers are being trained by fellow police officers of south Ramadi and U.S. Marines. The unit is deployed with Multi-National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq to develop Iraqi security forces, facilitate the development of official rule of law through democratic reforms, and continue the development of a market based economy centered on Iraqi reconstruction.
