Djiboutian navy Lt. Gouled Osman Moussa, a communications officer, and U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Johnny Anderson, a forecast duty officer with Combined Joint Task Force Horn of Africa's meteorology and oceanography operations team, test newly-installed weather sensor equipment at the Djiboutian Maritime Operations Center.
