191012-A-HZ000-1019 ARABIAN GULF (Oct.12, 2019) Sailors standby to raise the ensign aboard the coastal patrol ship USS Sirocco (PC 6), USS Squall (PC 7), and USS Typhoon (PC 5). Sirocco, Squall, and Typhoon are deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of Operation Sentinel, a multinational maritime effort to promote maritime stability, ensure the safe passage, and enhance freedom of navigation throughout key waterways in the Arabian Gulf, Strait of Hormuz, the Bab el-Mandeb Strait and the Gulf of Oman.
