Cpl. Keith Elliot, administrative chief for tenant activities company and a volunteer instructor, lifts the hood of his car to check for any problems before starting the Tire Rack Street Survival Course, a program founded by the BMW Car Club of America Foundation at Camp Upshur on May 12. The base offered the course for the first time, teaching how to be better, safer drivers.
