A plaque was posted outside of Needham High School in Massachusetts during a dedication on Friday, October 25, 2019. Following a speech delivered by Rear Admiral Tiongson on the accomplishments of retired Admiral Gracey, the plaque was revealed by the Admiral, Mr. John Gallo, and Kevin Gracey, the son of Admiral Gracey.
