ATLANTIC OCEAN (Oct. 25, 2019) Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Apprentice Dalton Lowing, from Satellite Beach, Florida, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) media department, checks out the view through the hangar bay doors. “I feel like I have a sense of purpose when I’m underway,” said Lowing.
