Sam Rodriguez, an engineer with the L-3 Engineering Student Societies' Council of Ontario communications company, carries equipment up into the dome of the next generation weather radar May 16.The NEXRAD is currently undergoing an upgrade that will allow the system to better gather and process weather data for the areas around Holloman AFB.
