U.S. Marine Corps Maj. Nicholas Tverdosi explains how communications are established during a field exercise to members of the 15th Logistics Support Unit, Japanese Ground Self Defense Force, at the Combat Logistics Regiment 37 field exercise on LZ Dodo, Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Oct. 24, 2019. The purpose of the exercise was to enhance the capabilities of CLR-37 Marines and Sailors in austere environments and allow them to practice establishing communications while deployed.
