Park Ranger George McBroom, Carters Lake Project, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, demonstrates an Augmented Reality Sand Table open for public viewing at the lake's visitor center, as part of a USACE Multi-District Innovation Summit, Oct. 22-24. This hands-on exhibit, combined with 3D visualization applications, is augmented in real-time with an elevation color map, topographic contour lines, and simulated water.
