    EAST CHINA SEA (Oct. 29, 2019) Quartermaster Seaman Isaiah Smith, from Las Vegas, right, receives training from Chief Quartermaster Bradley Beatie, from Tooele, Utah, on the use of a marine sextant to calculate latitude by local apparent noon on the starboard bridge wing of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69).
