U.S. Marines and friends listen as Chief Warrant Officer 4 Bradley J. Goode addresses a group of Marines after being awarded the Meritorious Service Award at Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan, May 23, 2012. Goode was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal for exceptional performance of duty, including setting a new standard for proficiency and accuracy across all Installation Personnel Administration Centers throughout the Marine Corps by achieving a 99.43% during the May 2010 Marine Corps Administrative Analysis Team inspection, setting a new record for the highest score ever achieved by an IPAC.
