Life-like wounds are created in the Effects & Enablers facility at Sierra Army Depot, California, during the United States Forces Command Medical Emergency Deployment Readiness Exercise, Oct. 31, 2019. Moulage artists combined silicone and special effects make up to create life-like wounds for mannequins and role players to wear during simulated emergency response missions.
