SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 28, 2019) Fire Controlman (Aegis) 2nd Class Justin Sayavongsa, from Fort Smith, Ark., stands watch in the combat information center aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85).
