    OAK HARBOR, Wash. (Nov. 4, 2019) — Retired Adm. William Moran and Vice Adm. Mike Moran, Principal Military Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy (Research, Development and Acquisition), pose for a group picture with Sailors from various commands under Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Wing 10 prior to the final active duty flight on a U.S. Navy P-3C Orion. The assignment of P-3 aircraft to the U.S. Navy in active duty lasted over 57 years. The remaining P-3C Orion aircraft will be utilized within the U.S. Navy Reserve until its complete phasing out in 2023.
