    EAST CHINA SEA (Oct. 30, 2019) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Dustin Borges, from Upland, Calif., right, steadies a pilot’s ladder as Sonar Technician (Surface) 2nd Class Brian Hamilton, from Hershey, Pa., simulates boarding a vessel of interest from a rigid hull inflatable boat by climbing aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69) during visit, board, search and seizure training.
