James O’Connell, an anesthesiologist assigned to Navy Expeditionary Medical Facility aboard Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti Oct. 8, 2019. Riege traveled to Camp Lemonnier to discuss the possibilities, implementation and to outline the benefits of virtual health.
