Matthew Goldberg, presiednt of Film Forties, a collective of entertainment production companies, performs a deadlift as part a demo of the new Army Combat Fitness Test as part of Joint Civilian Orientation Conference 92 at Fort Eustis, Va., home of the headquarters of U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command. The JCOC program is the Department of Defense's oldest and most prestigious public liaison program. Established in 1948, it is the only Secretary of Defense-sponsored outreach program that enables American Business and community leaders to have a full immersive experience with their military.
