Soldiers from Detachment-36, 3rd Medical Command, gather behind the Third Army "A" outside the US Army Central Command (ARCENT) headquarters on Camp Arifjan, Kuwait. The purpose of the formation was to signify their right to wear the ARCENT shoulder sleeve insignia for wartime service.
