Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force, Afghanistan (CJSOTF-A) Command Sgt. Maj. Brian Edwards, Commander CJSOTF-A Col. Antonio M. Fletcher, and Command Chief Warrant Officer Heriberto Serrano render honors to fallen service members during the Honor and Remembrance Memorial Day Ceremony at Camp Vance in Bagram Air Field, Parwan province, Afghanistan, May 28. More than 100 coalition force members attended the ceremony. The ceremony served as a reminder of those who have sacrificed their lives for love of country. Fletcher, commander CJSOTF-A, spoke of the significance of remembrance on this day, “It is our sacred day to keep the legacy of our nations patriots forever fresh in our memories. We are bound by honor to do so. We owe our heroes the highest regard, respect, honor and assurance that their commitment to freedom will never be forgotten.”
