Dziedzorm Dzusenu, maintenance quality assurance for construction vehicles, 401st Army Field Support Battalion-Kuwait, checks on a reported deficiency with a Humvee during an issue of equipment from Army Prepositioned Stocks-5 to the 3rd Army Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Sept. 27. While the deficiency was not sufficient to "deadline" the vehicle (meaning it could still be issued), the Humvee was exchanged for one with no identified problems.
