The 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) Caisson Platoon; “The President’s Own” Marine Band; and Marines from the Marine Barracks, Washington, D.C. (8th and I) conduct military funeral honors with funeral escort for U.S. Marine Corps Col. Jaime Sabater in Section 55 of Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia, Nov. 6, 2019.
Sabater served in Vietnam, was awarded a Bronze Star Medal with combat “V” during his service, and retired a colonel with over 35 years of service.
His son, Jared Sabater, received the flag from his casket.
