Assistant Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. Joseph Dunford talks with Sgt. Aron Plaisance, a radio chief with Special-Purpose Marine Air-Ground Task Force 12.2. Plaisance, native of New Orleans, lives in Roanoke, Va., and drills with 4th Amphibious Assault Vehicle Battalion in Virginia Beach, Va. On Memorial Day, May 28, 2012, Gen. Dunford visited Naval Air Station Sigonella, Sicily to meet with the Marines of Special-Purpose MAGTF-12.2. The Special-Purpose MAGTF is made up of over 120 Reserve Marines and sailors from across the United States and provides support to Marine Forces Africa and U.S. Africa Command missions.
