Brad Hair, executive assistant to Knox County Mayor Glenn Jacobs, listens as the boom operator of the KC-135r explains the process of in-air refueling. Members of the Knox County and Knoxville City mayors' staff experienced a civil leaders flight on a KC-135r out of McGhee Tyson Air National Guard base November 14th. The mayors and their staff were invited to learn more about the mission and community impact of the 134th Air Refueling Wing, and were able to experience an in-air refueling first-hand.
