ATLANTIC OCEAN (Nov. 15, 2019) Aviation Ordnanceman 3rd Class Guillermo Merced, from Bayamon, Puerto Rico, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) weapons department, is presented with his "Mag Rat of the Month" certificate for the month of November by Lt. Richard Rodriguez in the ship's forward magazine. "Mag Rat of the Month" is an award given in weapons department for demonstrating superior performance in the Aviation Ordnanceman rating.
