A replica of Sgt. Stubby, the famous dog belonging to Connecticut's 102nd Infantry Regiment during World War I, sits on display at a presentation of the Digging Through History program at the William A. O'Neill State Armory, Nov. 15, 2019. The program allowed fifteen Conn. high school students to dig into the regiment's history by bringing them to Seicheprey, France where they worked side-by-side French students to restore trenches used by the 102nd during World War I.
