Seamen Rene Cantu, from Chicago, and Cpl Eric Gunlefinger from, Folsom, Pa., with 3rd Platoon, Echo Company, 2nd Battalion, 6th Marines, Regimental Combat Team 6, help carry a food bag to a Iraqi family while on patrol in Al Fallujah, Iraq, on Sept. 14. The Marines with 3rd Platoon are stationed at Observation post Sina'a in the heart of Al Fallujah and tasked with keeping it clear of anti-coalition forces. Regimental Combat Team 6 is deployed with Multi National Forces-West in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in the Al Anbar province of Iraq.
