A Honduran medical provider treats a patient as army officials look on. The “Medical Brigade of the Armed Forces” is a Honduran nation wide initiative that happens four times a year providing general medical treatment, podiatrists, dental, obstetrician, gynecology, pharmaceutical and pediatrics to areas in need of such services. They are Honduran army sponsored free community events that have treated a half million people over the last couple of years, on April 21, 2012.
