Major General Thomas Carden, Adjutant General of the Georgia National Guard, cuts the commemorative cake with Mr. Irakli Garibashvili, the Minister of Defense of Georgia, durign the celebration of the 25th Anniversary of the State Partnership Program at Clay National Guard Center, Marietta, Ga. on Nov. 19, 2019. The SPP has proven a successful edition in political and humanitarian relations, from education to effective military training and exercises, both the country of Georgia and the state of Georgia continuously benefit from this program.
