Students in the Marine Corps Continuous Process Improvement Green Belt class use a statapult to launch tennis balls in a designated area at Wounded Warrior Battalion-West, June 1. The simulation was designed to teach the students how to find and eliminate or reduce waste, defects and bottlenecks in a process of a simulated workplace.
