Rear Adm. Ted E. Carter, commander of the Enterprise Carrier Strike Group, addresses the crew of aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CVN 65) over the 1MC announcing system during a memorial ceremony commemorating the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Midway. The previous USS Enterprise, CV-6, played a key role in the battle.
