Sailors attached to Explosive Ordnance Disposal Mobile Unit (EODMU) 11, Company 9, Battalion 13, inspect the remnants of a rocket fired by insurgents that landed on Contingency Operating Base Speicher, Aug. 13, in Tikrit, Iraq. No injures were reported as a result of the rocket attack, although several buses suffered shrapnel damage.
