Master-at-Arms 3rd Class Dominique Adams places a wreath, made of red, white and blue flowers, at the base of a flagpole that is flying the U.S. National Flag. Adams placed the wreath during a moment of silence at the Naval Air facility Misawa Battle of Midway Remembrance Ceremony. This year marks the 70th Anniversary of the Battle of Midway, which is often regarded as a critical turning point in the Pacific during World War II.
