    The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Regional Rivers Repair Fleet works on the Black Rock Lock in Buffalo, NY, Dec. 3, 2019. Work pictured includes transfer punching and drilling of the downstream vertical plate for East Gate miter assembly.

    Buffalo District, Huntington District, and Regional Rivers Repair Fleet (R3F) personnel from fleets moored in Pittsburgh, Nashville and Louisville are working to improve the Black Rock Lock infrastructure and sustain its functionality for future navigation seasons.
