CAPE MAY, N.J. - Recruits from forming company Foxtrot 198 await and receive haircuts at Dempsey Hall, Dec. 4, 2019.

Upon reporting to Training Center Cape May, the first few days of training are spent getting oriented, receiving uniforms, filling out paperwork and getting haircuts.
