Maj. Gen. Brian Borgen, 10th Air Force commander, is briefed by Lt. Col. Nathan Horner, 305th Rescue Squadron commander, on the HH-60 Pave Hawk before their familiarization flight at Davis-Monthan AFB, Ariz. Borgen was visiting the 943rd Rescue Group in conjunction with WEPTAC 2019. The Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Command, ARC, Weapons and Tactics Council, WEPTAC, is the forum that obtains input from the field and is instrumental in determining the tactics, procedures and tools required to accomplish varied ARC missions and disseminate information throughout the Air Force enterprise.
