Campbell, commanding officer of the Gold crew of the Ohio-class ballistic missile submarine USS Kentucky (SSBN 737), delivers remarks during a change-of-command ceremony at Naval Base Kitsap-Bangor. Campbell relieved Cmdr. James F. Hurt as the commanding officer of Kentucky. The submarine was commissioned on August 11, 1991, and is the third U.S. Navy ship to be named for the state of Kentucky.
