The incoming commander of Task Force Toro X takes command at a transfer of authority at the Taji military complex, Iraq, Nov. 29, 2019. The passing of the colors signifies the transfer of responsibility from one command to another. Task Force Toro X has been forward deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.
