Corporals Jesse R. McKnight and Zurisaday N. Diaz, both with the Headquarters Detachment, Combat Logistics Battalion 15, 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit, process role players into a camp set-up by the Marines and sailors of CLB-15, 15th MEU, during a humanitarian assistance operation in the Sierra Training Area, here, June 5. The operation was in support of the Amphibious Squadron Three and 15th MEU’s pre-deployment training titled PHIBRON-MEU Interoperability Training. The exercise will help the two units function as a blue-green team capable of conducting worldwide missions ranging from humanitarian aid to combat. McKnight, 21, is from Chicago and serves as a postal clerk with the unit. Diaz, 22, is from Ventura, Calif., and serves as an administrative clerk with the unit.
