A U.S. Marine with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit uses a clamp and chain to properly secure equipment aboard a C-5 Galaxy at March Airforce Base, Calif. Dec. 5, 2019. The strategic mobility exercise allowed Marines and Airmen to work together in a joint environment to gain valuable experience. Marines with the 13th MEU rehearsed vital mobility operations with U.S. Transportation Command assets; to improve rapid response capabilities in preparation for deployment to the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
