Command Sgt. Maj. Albert J. Richardson Jr. accepts the 23rd Quartermaster Brigade colors from Col. Jason P. Affolder during a Dragon Bde. Change of Responsibility Ceremony Dec. 4 at MacLaughlin Fitness Center. Richardson replaced CSM Lisa M. Haney, who is headed for a congressional assignment in the D.C. area. Richardson, a Soldier of 25 years, comes to the Dragon Bde. from the 299th Bde. Support Battalion, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, Fort Riley, Kan. Also, he is not new to the area, having been assigned to the Joint Culinary Center of Excellence as an Army G4Food Service Inspection Team sergeant major.
