Members of the executive leadership development program (ELDP) move a barrel during the leadership reaction course at Landing Zone Boondocker, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Dec. 10, 2019. The program provides leadership development opportunities and addresses key competencies for high potential employees at the GS-13 and 14 levels or equivalent whose career plans include moving into upper management positions.
