U.S. Marines with Support Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 7, 1st Marine Logistics Group, perform an engine swap using an M88A2 Armored Recovery Vehicle during Steel Knight 20 at Marine Corps Air-Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California on Dec. 8, 2019. Steel Knight is an annual exercise that spans the western United States and California coast. It focuses on command and control capabilities, ground fires and maneuver warfare tactics, while testing Marines and sailors across a range of environments and preparing to counter aggression against a near-peer threat.
