Michael Paul, H-53 branch head with the Fleet Readiness Center East Rotary Wing Division, briefs naval aviation leadership during a Boots on the Ground held Dec. 5 at the depot. Paul explained how implementing Naval Sustainment Systems initiatives transformed operations on the line, and discussed barriers to readiness affecting throughput. More than 110 naval aviation leaders and stakeholders participated in the BoG, which was co-hosted by FRCE and Marine Aircraft Group 14 at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point.
