The Coast Guard Cutter Eagle, a 295-foot barque homeported in New London, Conn., participates in the Parade of Sail as it heads into Norfolk, June 8, 2012. The Eagle's primary mission is to train officer candidates and cadets before they enter the fleet as commissioned officers.
